What we learn during the training period of Bocuse d'Or is a fantastic knowldge that's worth it not to remain hidden. That's the reason that the Academy gave the opportunity to a lot of cook students and beginner chefs to be part of the training. These young people could not only see, but help the training. They were there, willing to learn, to help and to experience.
Hungarian Bocuse d'Or Academy is looking forward to see some of them as a commis or a candidate in the future.
